How We Work
It all starts with an idea to explore, we need to research and see the potential of it before moving it into validation pipeline.
We just don't sit around, our team gets deep into the fun of founding our companies, actively engaging in the product development end-to-end, building the technology, product design, conducting research, marketing and anything else needed at the zero-to-one stage.
All this process is accelerated by our standardized processes, frameworks, shared technology platforms, to ensure the success of our ventures.
This venture-building process is divided into five main stages:

Explore
Sourcing ideas to develop an opportunity case template for what is worth validating. The goal at this stage is to have a direction on value proposition, identified target market, and evidence of market demand.

Validate
Testing the highest risk assumptions in a way to gather supporting evidence to indicate the viability, feasibility and desirability of the startup. Here we want strong evidence for problem and customer hypothesis, ensure technical feasibility and distribution channels.
03
Launch
Building and launching the product to market, and building an initial customer base by working distribution channels. Also, after launch the team needs to be able to do rapid product iteration based on feedback.
04
Traction
Here, success is acquiring as many customers as possible and taking more market share. All about growing customer base, revenue, impact, team.

Scale
Scale-up efforts, exploring new market opportunities, growing the team and expanding product scope.
